Features:
Rerouting the crankcase ventilation keeps oil vapor out of your induction system. Instead of blow-by being fed back through the turbo inlet — coating the compressor wheel, intercooler and intake manifold with an oil film — crankcase pressure is routed away from the intake tract. A clean intake side means the air charge stays dense and airflow stays where it should be.
The factory CCV separator is a known weak point on the 11-23 6.7L Ford. When the internal diaphragm tears, crankcase pressure has nowhere to go and starts pushing past whichever seal gives first — front and rear main seals, valve cover gaskets, dipstick tube. Replacing a failed separator is a recurring cost; this kit takes that part out of the equation.
High quality components throughout: billet aluminum fittings, high-temp silicone hose, stainless steel clamps and mounting bracket, zinc-coated hardware and precision-fit o-rings.
Everything needed for a complete install is included. Installation takes approximately 2 hours with basic hand tools.
